Orientation Session
This private session provides an assessment of your body: it’s alignment, posture, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination; as well as an introduction to the method and the equipment. Programs are then tailored specifically to your needs, abilities and goals.
Private Sessions
Private sessions provide valuable in-depth training with a focus on the intricacies of movement, alignment and balance.
Semi-Private Sessions
Semi-Private sessions provide an economical way for two to three students at a time to train under the watchful eye of an instructor. As in private sessions we maintain a tracking system for each student and update your information following each session.

Mat Classes
Mat work is an integral part of the Pilates method. Mat classes are relatively small group classes (no more than 10 students per teacher) that offer a complete workout based on the same fundamental principles — movement, alignment and balance — as those emphasized in the private and semi-private studio sessions. The programs and exercises learned in the mat classes also make an excellent foundation for practice on your own at home.
